Smithsonian Craft Show

The Smithsonian Craft Show is a juried exhibition of contemporary American studio arts and crafts, which made its debut in 1983. The works in the show are on display and for sale.

The show displays limited edition baskets, furniture, ceramics, jewelry, glass, metal, mixed media, paper, wearable art, and wood. A panel of three nationally known craft and studio art experts juries the show each year. Artists that are not accepted for the show can also donate their work to the online auction. All proceeds support the Smithsonian Institution, the largest museum and research complex in the world.
