Design U.S.A., a collaborative effort by the Broadway Department Stores and the California Design Department of the Pasadena Art Museum, focused on the awareness of good American design. Objects were selected by Eudorah M. Moore, who believed good design should be available to all people and should meet the demands of many life styles.
