Artist Talk: Julie Conway

Seattle-based glass artist Julie Conway will explore the historic role of glass in lighting and architecture and present her own creations, designs and inspirations. As the owner of Illuminata Art Glass Design, she has created lighting design and art glass objects for residential and commerical clients across the States and abroad. Conway has assisted and studied with internationally-acclaimed master glassmakers. She is dedicated to the development of renewable and bio-sustainable fuel sources to produce glass, thereby helping to protect the environment and the future existence of glass arts.
