Learn what makes Pomo basketry unique and how basketry connects all peoples of the world.

Corine Pearce is a master Pomo weaver with over 3 decades of weaving experience and 15 years of experience teaching basketry techniques. She is one of only a handful of living weavers that still practice the fine art of Pomo basketry. This is the first year that she has begun teaching simple twine patterning, and the very first time she will be teaching in southern California in 20 years.

Guests will learn simple twine technique and incorporate simple patterning suitable for any level of experience. Begin, weave and complete a 3-5 inch simple twine basket of your own in 3 hours. All material and instruction are included. Space is limited.
