ARTIST TALK: EHREN TOOL

Last week, Ehren Tool was in town, first as an artist-mentor in our Fairfax High School partnership, then as the main event of an artist talk at the Craft in America Center. On the evening of November 13th the Center was filled to the brim with veterans and admirers alike as we watched Ehren share moments from his life and work. From photographs of him in uniform to installation shots of his work, the audience got a bird’s eye view of what it is to be Ehren Tool. He is a force of nature, profound and humble like the work he makes.
