Jana Brevick is a Seattle-based metal artist who creates modern sculptural work and unique small pieces of jewelry to be worn as tools of engagement and accessibility. With crisp craftsmanship, she uses technology, designs and forms that surround us in the developed world as imagery for her art. Brevick recreates the objects of modern existence with scaled precision. Her work demonstrates a protracted engagement with materials and a long-term respect and fascination for metals and their attendant properties.
Brevick received a BFA in Metals at the University of Washington and a BA in Fashion Design at Western Washington University.
