Gini Garcia
Gini Garcia is a glass blower, designer and founder of Garcia Art Glass. Commissioned by both public institutions and private corporations, she has completed more than 50 site-specific works. Garcia also creates dignitary gifts and countless residential commissions worldwide. Lately, she has been exploring the world of art furniture, working with blown glass and metal. Bronze, iron and stainless steel are materials that she regularly uses in her work.
Garcia received her BFA from the Kansas City Art Institute in Industrial Design and studied glass techniques at numerous institutions including UrbanGlass, Haystack Mountain School of Crafts, and La Scuola del Vetro Abate Zanetti in Murano, Italy.
