Julia Galloway

Julia Galloway is a potter and educator. She creates utilitarian porcelain pottery that reflect landscapes. She currently is an Associate Professor and Chair of the School for American Crafts at Rochester Institute of Technology. She has been an Artist in Residence at Archie Bray and Anderson Ranch Arts Center.

She received her B.F.A. at Alfred University at New York State College of Ceramics and M.F.A. at the University of Colorado in Boulder. Her work can be found in the collection of the Renwick Gallery, the Archie Bray Foundation, The Huntington Museum of Art, and The Clay Art Center.
