Marc Digeros

Marc Digeros grew up in Fridley, Minnesota and is a ceramic artist. He uses thin slabs to construct his hand built pottery. The slab walls wrap around slump-molded bases, creating soft forms influenced by industry and architecture. As he builds, he leaves seams to show how his pieces have been constructed.

He received his BFA from University of Minnesota in 1995, and his MFA from University of Washington in 1997. During his two year residency as an artist at the Archie Bray Foundation, Marc received the first ever Taunt Fellowship. He currently lives and works in his Los Angeles loft making ceramics as well as working for architect, Frank Gehry.
